Unlimited, Super Flexible Navigation Menu with Ajax!

Postby ThemeFluent » Mon Nov 19, 2012 7:15 am

Hello,

v1.4.1 of OneCart includes one major step, an additional menu style that you can use to build Unlimited categories, pages, custom links, all organized in "unlimited width" (submenus) with automatic arrows for parent menus, NO-IMAGES used for fast performance! It's done with CSS3 and jQuery! - You can build it the way YOU like, organize, drag and drop, list specific product categories, and more. The new navigation system is unlimited and flexible!

GOOD NEWS is - The original menu with next and previous arrows in scroll fashion was NOT REMOVED, the new menu style is just an option that means you can use the original Menu style, or update to the new menu style - Because I know that some shop owners have few categories or products, so they can keep using the original menu - Store owners who need more room, and flexibility in dropdown menus can select the new menu style! :)

Try out the demo, you can switch back and forth between menu styles in OneCart!

Screencast tutorial: How to activate and customize the new menu?

I'd like to hear much feedback about this update, particularly. The future updates are worth your waiting,

Your sincere developer :)

Thanks!

Interesting to see.

I like, that you always retain the originality and previous features and make everything optional at backend to switch back and forth. :)

Is there an updated download link or something that needs to be applied to have the updates work? I just downloaded this theme today and i don't have this option in my back office.

When I click on the menu button, I do not see all of the options that are shown when the menu button is clicked in the screencast. There isn't any sound on the screencast so it's a bit difficult. I did the update and the option to use the new menu or the old is now there under the customization menu but the options to put the menu together are not there. :(
