This topic aims to let you learn about the new features and changes I introduced in v1.3.8 of OneCart theme.

1. You can now fully control which countries can place orders!
- Added backend functionality for admin to easily set allowed and disallowed countries. If you would like to accept orders from specific zones, or disallow some countries from ordering at your store, this feature was built for you.
2. Ship to specific destinations only!
- This new backend functionality allows you to select places you DO NOT ship to, this is perfect If you wish local shipping only, or there are certain countries you can't ship to.
3. Enable or Disable Tax rate setting
- You can switch tax rates on or off easily via Admin board now.
4. Apply a percentage based Tax rate
- Added option to setup tax rates (percentage) so you can charge tax on orders.
